Customer Service Jobs Phoenix Created by PEPID

A popular medical publishing company is increasing the number of customer service jobs Phoenix has.

Earlier this month, PEPID finished relocating the company's corporate headquarters from Chicago to Phoenix, bringing new jobs to the local area. The company moved its customer support, software development, and marketing departments earlier this year, and moved its executive and sales teams in November.

PEPID is planning to keep its Chicago office open in order to further expand and provide more localized service. And although the company moved many of its jobs from Chicago to Phoenix, PEPID is still looking to hire new employees for a variety of positions.

The company may run a criminal check on applicants. Take a look at this customer service job description to find out more about what it might be like to work with PEPID.

"We chose to relocate our corporate headquarters to Phoenix because of the extensive workforce talent in the region," PEPID President John Wagner said. "We've been growing rapidly the past few years, and this was a logical move to support our expansion. Phoenix is known for its workforce talent, and we’re excited to hire additional staff and create new jobs and opportunities in the area."

PEPID, an electronic medical publishing company, claims to offer a robust medical information resource and some of the best customer service in the industry. The company provides clinical specialty-focused products aimed at the way healthcare professionals practice medicine.

PEPID's clinical and pharmacological content is meant to support clinicians through every state of the decision support process, from the initial content to treatment and follow-up care. The company also offers and extensive drug database, disease profiles, medical conditions, medical and dosing calculators, and a drug interaction checker.

PEPID contains the most extensive drug database on the market today, thousands of disease profiles and medical conditions, along with medical and dosing calculators, a drug interactions checker and more.
