Top HR Products for 2006

HR Executive Magazine (hreonline.com) just came out with their best HR products for the year.

Career Solutions' Education in Motion, an interactive voice-response tool designed to help companies screen and evaluate job applicants who lack access to the Web or do not have a resume.

eQuest's Prophesy(TM), an analysis tool designed to predict which job boards will be most effective for a job posting prior to a recruiter making a selection.
