This will be my last post as the RecruitingFly guy. I have decided to sell the Recruitingfly.com site & blog to the King of all Recruiting Bloggers, Joel Cheesman. I am now his loyal subject.
Fear not though. I will not be retiring from the blogging business. My readers will now be able to browse my musings on the official blog of Jobs in Pods. As that business has taken off, I thought it would be best to concentrate my prose so as to give as much exposure to my jobcasting product as possible. Therefore, I will be refining my topics and concentrating more on information as it relates to the future of recruiting, namely;
I started this blog to promote other recruiting blogs and raise awareness of myself and my businesses. After 15 months or so, I think I've been able to do that. It's been a fun ride being the RecruitingFly Guy.
The recruiting landscape is undergoing a fundamental shift right now. Jobs in Pods is but a piece of this new dynamic, and so I plan to share it with the online recruiting world.
